Fertiliser Efficiency Projects using Algae Biostimulant or Equivalent Fertiliser Systems
Inviting Growers in Reef Catchment Areas (Queensland) to be Assessed for Eligibility

With our partners across the supply chain - Queensland Sugarcane Growers are invited to register for the OCTES Reef Credit Fertiliser Efficiency Program.

 

Australian‑made algae biostimulant system are expected to reduce fertiliser costs, improve soil and plant health, and generate Reef Credits for eligible sugarcane farms.

 

Eligible farms receive revenue from reef credits for reduced nitrogen runoff (DIN reduction). Credit Certificates are issued after 12-18 Reporting Period after registered projects start. 

Australian‑made, reliable supply Minimal exposure to global fertiliser volatility.  Supported by local suppliers and distributors Delivery and support now active through Mackay and Bowen hubs.

 

How to Register

  1. Complete the no‑obligation survey 

  2. We will provide a further survey to assess your Reef Credit eligibility (no charge)

  3. Onboarding to registry can take a few weeks
