2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from the seller by email so you can follow it's progress online.
3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We ask sellers to arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don’t generally offer refunds for change of mind. However, the seller may consider an exchange at their discretion if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
5. Are there items I can’t return?
Yes. Perishable goods, custom, or grown-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
6. How do I request a refund or exchange?
Email seller or our Bio2X Team with your order number and details. We may ask for photos of the item to confirm the issue.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
